It took them FIVE WEEKS to have a guy come to our PREWIRED APARTMENT and FLIP THE SWITCH so we could have access. Even then, it took we complained to a friend of ours who actually worked for them, and he came over and spent five minutes to get us online.

So, yes, something is amiss >:(
